These terms govern shopping with KIXNEXA through kixnexa.com. Our online store runs on Shopify. “KIXNEXA”, “we” and “us” refer to the seller operating this store.

1. Placing an order

Review the model, colour, size, delivery destination and total before paying. You must have legal capacity to buy, or appropriate permission from a parent or guardian, and be authorised to use the payment method. Keep your contact and delivery information accurate.

An automated receipt confirms that we received your order. We may contact you to resolve an availability, payment or address problem before fulfilment. If we cannot accept or fulfil an order, we will notify you and refund the relevant amount. We will not substitute goods or charge a higher price without your agreement.

2. Product information and pricing

Check the size guidance for the specific brand and model; equivalent size labels do not guarantee identical fit. Colours can vary with lighting and screen settings. Pricing, promotions and availability may change for future purchases. The amount and currency shown at checkout determine what you authorise us to charge. Any conversion or transaction charge imposed by your payment provider is separate.

If a material listing error affects your order, we will explain it and offer a correction with your agreement or cancellation and the appropriate refund. Nothing here permits misleading descriptions or removes your rights when goods are not as described.

3. Delivery, cancellations and returns

Request an address change or cancellation as soon as possible; fulfilment may already have started. Where a legal cancellation right applies, it remains available.

Contact us with a description of the issue and your preferred resolution. These terms do not require you to waive access to a court, regulator or other remedy available under mandatory local law. We may revise terms for future use; changes do not retrospectively remove rights under an existing order. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue where legally possible.
